HIRO-MicroDataCenters develops Powerful Edge as a Service (PEaaS), hardware and edge cloud software as a service, capable of running demanding applications and platforms in data dense environments factories, cities, energy grid, hospitals) that process big data and AI locally, on/ near premise.
Our hardware has an unprecedented PUE of 1.03, runs on AC and/or DC power, and our AI enabled orchestration ensures high utilization levels of the heterogeneous hardware CPU, GPU, FPGA, NVMe, Risc-V).
Role under the Project
HIRO is responsible for implementation of Direct Current in Edge data centers and the orchestration of the power distribution and management software on the MicroDataCenter hardware.
